1.) Can I place on order and have it delivered directly as a gift?
Yes. When placing an order you can specify a different delivery address from where you live and your payment card is registered. You can have it delivered directly to family or friends. If you are sending an item as a gift we will not send a copy of the invoice so that the value of the gift is not shown to the recipient. We are also happy to include a small gift card with your own personal message, please write your gift message at order checkout.
2.) Can I order specific colour for my Heathergems item?
Every Heathergem item is unique. No two are exactly the same so each single piece is individual.
We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on the website are the actual colours you will receive. If you ask for specific item colours we will look for pieces as near as possible to your request. Please use the Special Instructions Box at order checkout stage to specify individual colours and we will do our best to match.
3.) I placed an order for Heathergems when I expect to receive my package?
We pride ourselves on fast delivery at Heathergems, shopping 92% of orders on the day the order is received.
4.) I placed an order for Shrieking Violet when I expect to receive my package?
If you place an order before 1pm on a working day your package will be sent that day.
5.) I placed an order for Zuman jewellery when I expect to receive my package?
As Zuman Jewellery handmade in Israel it will take approximately up to a week to deliver the package.
6.) I placed an order for Sezione Aurea Firenze jewellery when I expect to receive my package?
As murano glass made in Firenze - Italy - it will take 4 - 5 working days to deliver the package.
7.) What happens if my delivery is taking mush longer than expected to arrive?
If your orders is taking longer than it should to arrive, please allow 14 days from date of shipping then contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will begin our delayed delivery investigation procedure.
8.) Product care
Please do not immerse your jewellery in water or wear whilst bathing, showering or swimming.
Do not allow jewellery to come in contact with hairspray, makeup, perfume and substances containing corrosive chemicals. Also affected by perspiration.
Our jewellery needs to be cleaned on an on going basis to keep it looking its best.
To clean sterling silver and silver plated fittings use a silver cloth and gently rub.
Do not subject your jewellery of gifts to any undue stress or pressure.
